Associate Clinical Trial Manager – (Junior Doctor Background)

Overview

In this role you will join the London Clinical Trial Management team to support global study delivery. You will work with Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers to manage study activities and documentation. The position offers solid foundational training and a clear path into Clinical Trial Management within an international environment. You will contribute to challenging clinical research programs and help accelerate therapeutic development.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate on global study activities with project coordinators and the clinical trial manager
• Ensure timely delivery of recurring tasks with high accuracy
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports in the clinical trial management system
• Interact with the internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors
• Provide oversight and quality control of the regulatory filing system
• Provide oversight and management of study supplies
• Create and maintain project timelines
• Coordinate project meetings and produce quality meeting minutes

Key requirements

• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery
• Fluency in English with solid presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic international team
• Prior CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience is advantageous (not required)
