Senior Product Manager – Accounting Integrations and Reporting

Overview

In this role you drive the AIR initiative to embed Wise into customers’ day-to-day accounting workflows, reducing manual bookkeeping and enabling seamless multi-currency administration. You’ll shape core platforms that connect Wise with local accounting ecosystems worldwide, positioning Wise as a primary operating account for businesses. You will lead cross-functional work to deliver scalable integrations and reporting capabilities that transform bookkeeping. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on API and data integration work to deliver tangible financial workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AIR program and coordinate cross-functional delivery
• Embed Wise into customers’ accounting workflows and ecosystems
• Design and build core integration and reporting platforms
• Reduce manual bookkeeping, reconciliation, and admin workload
• Collaborate with engineering to implement APIs and data flows
• Balance shipping speed with building robust, scalable solutions
• Define strategy and dive into API implementation details

Key requirements

• 5+ years experience as Product Manager with successful launches
• Technical fluency with APIs, data integration flows, and background sync models
• Solid accounting domain knowledge (bookkeeping, ledgers, reconciliation, cash flow)
• Ecosystem empathy for small businesses, accountants, and finance teams
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and delivering impactful products
