Overview

In this role you will translate brand ideas into impactful motion design, shaping narratives across brand films, social content and campaigns. You will develop and present concepts, then bring them to life through animation and editing, delivering end-to-end motion work. You will explore 2D, budding 3D, and emerging tech like AI to expand your craft. You’ll collaborate with the team to push ideas, iterate on feedback, and contribute to a dynamic brand experience. This position offers hands-on scope to influence how brands move and engage audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Translate creative ideas and brand identities into compelling motion design
  • Develop and present motion concepts and explorations
  • Bring ideas to life through animation, editing and visual craft
  • Edit and craft content for brand films, social and moving image formats
  • Explore different techniques to solve creative challenges
  • Respond positively to feedback and iterate quickly
  • Take ownership of work from exploration to final delivery
  • Build on existing ideas rather than simply executing briefs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver timely solutions
  • Share knowledge and help grow the team through self-initiated learning

Key requirements

  • An exciting portfolio that represents your best work
  • 0–5 years motion design experience
  • Strong After Effects skills, with interest in developing 3D skills
  • Experience with AI and emerging tools is a plus
  • Strong eye for design, typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling
  • Willing to experiment with new tools and workflows
  • Ability to adapt approach to different creative challenges
  • Interest in understanding why a technique works, not just how to execute it
  • Enthusiasm for design, motion graphics and brand experience
