Responsibilities

• Design and lead experiments to derive actionable insights for strategic decisions
• Support product, commercial and operations through data-driven analyses
• Quantify trade-offs between growth and profitability and guide prioritization
• Model and evaluate market entry, rider incentives, pricing variation by distance and market, and restaurant partnerships
• Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the analytics roadmap
• Communicate findings in writing, verbally, and in code to a range of audiences

Key requirements

• Significant experience in Data Science or similar roles
• Experience leading both simple and complex experiment designs
• Proficiency with R/Python and SQL
• Ability to translate business needs into data science problems and provide actionable recommendations
• Effective problem-solving and ability to handle ambiguous challenges
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with Cursor/AI tools to deliver high-quality work
