Overview
In this role, you will manage a varied residential property caseload, handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity while guiding clients through conveyancing processes. You will draft and review contracts and title documents, liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and professionals to ensure smooth progression from instruction to completion. You’ll contribute to the team’s growth through networking and business development in a collaborative, client‑focused environment. Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters
- Advise on all aspects of residential conveyancing
- Draft and review contracts, title documents and related paperwork
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other professionals
- Ensure smooth progression of transactions from instruction to completion
- Support team growth through networking and business development
Key requirements
- Minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Detailed knowledge and experience in residential property law
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in managing matters independently and hitting the ground running
