Overview

In this Director role you will lead Digital Audit & Analytics engagements, steering teams to embed data-driven solutions across audit workstreams. You’ll partner with senior audit stakeholders and executives to shape the DA&A roadmap and showcase innovative technology. You drive adoption of advanced analytics and AI across portfolios and contribute to market-facing technology showcases and tenders. You will oversee delivery quality, risk management, and multi-team coordination in a dynamic, technology-enabled audit environment. Responsibilities

• Lead DA&A engagements and manage delivery across audit teams
• Develop and showcase innovative technology solutions for audits
• Strengthen relationships with senior audit stakeholders and executives
• Advance the DA&A roadmap and contribute to global DA&A approach
• Drive expansion of advanced analytics and AI across the portfolio
• Oversee project management, budgeting, planning, and quality reporting
• Participate in tenders, proposals, and market-facing technology showcases
• Provide risk, compliance, and performance management guidance

Key requirements

• Proven track record of leading data, systems, or analytics teams within an audit or assurance environment
• Deep technical expertise in data, analytics, systems, and technology-enabled audit approaches
• Experience shaping and delivering innovative data-led audit solutions across multiple sectors
• Ability to challenge and guide teams on complex technical matters with authority
• Experience engaging and influencing senior executives, Audit Committees, and senior audit leadership
• Background in developing technology or analytics roadmaps and driving adoption across large portfolios
• Prior involvement in tenders, proposals, or market-facing technology showcases
• Experience with advanced data techniques, including AI, and their application in audit
