Responsibilities
- Act on complex, multi-jurisdictional real estate finance transactions
- Advise banks, funds, asset managers, corporates and government bodies
- Support general corporate lending, leveraged finance, funds finance and special situations
- Take early responsibility on high-profile matters
- Develop strong client relationships and contribute to business development
- Collaborate within a global banking and finance practice
- Embrace new technologies and innovative legal solutions

Key requirements
- 4-6 years PQE in Real Estate Finance
- Experience at a leading international or top-tier firm
- Excellent academic background
- Strong client focus and commercial awareness
