Technical Coordinator – St Albans

Overview

As Technical Coordinator, you will support Technical Management to ensure designs meet project expectations and high standards. You’ll contribute to quality-focused residential developments (houses and apartments) and maintain strong stakeholder relations. You’ll occasionally visit sites for checks and help refine briefs and processes to improve project delivery. This role offers progression within a collaborative, quality-driven team within a leading house-builder across locations.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Technical Management to ensure designs align with project expectations
• Ensure that all legal requirements are approved to begin and construct to the highest standard
• Occasional on-site presence for site checks
• Formulate and continuously develop briefs as instructed by Technical Manager
• Follow technical processes and address technical issues to improve project processes
• Check full working drawing packages

Key requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a coordination role
• Experience on residential projects (houses and apartments)
• Qualification or Degree within Architecture or coming from an architectural practice
• Strong and effective leadership skills
