Residential Property Lawyer (4+ PQE) – Bournemouth

Overview

In this role you will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion within a growing regional law firm. You will work as part of the Bournemouth property team, delivering high-quality client service and supporting junior colleagues. The role integrates relationship-building with clients, referrers, and professionals, and contributes to business development. You’ll join a collaborative, development-focused culture with opportunities to progress as the team expands.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through post-completion
• Handle a broad range of residential property matters with minimal supervision
• Deliver exceptional client service throughout the transaction process
• Assist with supervision and development of junior team members and support staff
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts
• Support business development and networking initiatives

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status
• Minimum of 4 years’ PQE in Residential Property
• Strong technical knowledge in residential conveyancing
• Proven experience managing own caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Commercial awareness and proactive approach to business development
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues (desirable)
