Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate growth strategies in the healthcare sector
• Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and disposals
• Lead cross-functional teams for high-impact initiatives
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategy with business goals
• Conduct market analysis to spot trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare and present business cases and recommendations to stakeholders
• Manage relationships with external partners, advisors, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate governance policies

Key requirements

• Proven expertise in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and financial modelling
• Strong background in healthcare or related field
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management
• Ability to drive complex projects from concept to execution
