Software Engineer

Overview

In this role you will help build high-speed network and data processing infrastructure for financial trading, leveraging C++ (and possibly Rust) to push performance boundaries. Responsibilities

• Develop high-speed network and data processing software in C++
• optimise execution time, data storage/retrieval, and messaging for low latency
• contribute to system design and performance improvements
• adopt and explore new technologies with cross-functional collaboration
• support a hybrid work environment and continuous learning

Key requirements

• Excellent C++ coding skills with techniques to minimise execution time
• thorough understanding of the inner workings of C++ or Rust
• degree in computer science, mathematics or related STEM field (1st or 2:1)
