Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes and shape delivery across workstreams
• Partner with senior client and Deloitte stakeholders as SME on Programme Leadership
• Combine consulting, industry knowledge and tech to anticipate and address programme challenges
• Direct cross-Deloitte and client teams to deliver complex client programmes and outcomes
• Support business development through client relationships, proposals, and industry/account team roles
• Contribute to internal practice development through propositions, methodologies, and knowledge sharing
• Demonstrate strong presentation, facilitation and communication across client and Deloitte audiences

Key requirements

• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes using traditional and/or agile methods
• Experience in Finance/Actuarial Transformation; Organisation & Operating Model; Digital/Cloud transformation (AWS, GCP, Azure, ERP); Regulatory; Cost Reduction
• Project management experience with plans, critical paths, dependencies, risks and reporting
• Ability to structure work and lead teams to deliver in ambiguity
• Industry knowledge in programme leadership with client impact
• Stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills
• Commercial/risk awareness in professional services or client context
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels
• Mentoring, coaching and people management experience
