Responsibilities

• Advise on trade mark clearance, protection and brand strategy
• Manage UK, EU and international trade mark portfolios and prosecutions
• Handle oppositions, invalidity and revocation proceedings
• Support enforcement actions and online brand protection programmes
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives

Key requirements

• 2+ years PQE with private practice experience advising on UK and EU trade mark matters
• Strong academics, excellent communication skills and a pragmatic commercial approach
• Organised, client focused and able to manage multiple matters effectively
