Overview

In this role you guide Exos’ APAC and EMEA regional teams to deliver exceptional wellness and performance programs. You will partner with the Dedicated Account Manager to sustain a global wellbeing program and drive operational excellence across multiple locations. You lead onsite operations, mentor staff, and leverage data to show impact on client health and productivity. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on client success and scalable, innovative programming.

Responsibilities

  • Lead APAC and EMEA regional operations and be the main client contact for those regions
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to onsite teams across multiple locations in UK and India
  • Ensure operational excellence and cohesive experiences across locations
  • Partner with the client to run educational events, wellness fairs, and informational sessions
  • Guide and develop staff to drive engagement and service quality
  • Oversee site-level implementation of staffing and operational plans aligned with contracts
  • Collaborate with leadership and client success to exceed client expectations
  • Conduct performance evaluations and maintain documentation to foster a positive culture
  • Evaluate site operations and metrics to ensure alignment with client objectives and Exos goals
  • Oversee strategic implementation and evaluation of fitness and wellness initiatives to improve user experience and client outcomes
  • Lead evaluation of program effectiveness to demonstrate impact aligned with client and company objectives
  • Manage outcome reporting cadence and deliver comprehensive results to the client
  • Coordinate with leadership and client success teams to ensure client satisfaction

Key requirements

  • Bachelor in Kinesiology, Sports Science, or related field; Master preferred
  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications
  • Excellent presentation skills for varying group sizes
  • High energy and passion for helping clients achieve goals
  • Exceptional customer service with client-centric mindset
  • Travel ability to Manchester quarterly and to India 2–4 times per year
