Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you will deliver strategic technology and business change projects that enhance systems, processes and client experience. You will work with senior stakeholders, legal teams and technology specialists to drive efficiency and support growth. The position is predominantly remote with occasional travel to London or Leeds for meetings. You will gather requirements, facilitate workshops, manage change and ensure successful implementation with clear governance and measurable outcomes. You help bridge business needs with technical delivery to enable high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver end-to-end technology and business change projects
• Understand business requirements and analyse current processes
• Identify improvement opportunities aligned with operational needs and business objectives
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders
• Gather, document and validate requirements
• Facilitate workshops and support project delivery
• Manage change impacts and ensure successful adoption
• Act as the liaison between business and technical teams with governance and communication
• Ensure measurable outcomes from projects

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex end-to-end technology, business change and implementation projects
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis and process improvement
• Stakeholder engagement across all levels to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and technology-enabled change
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organisation and stakeholder management
