Operations and Safety (Intelligent Infrastructure) Speculative Opportunities

Overview

In this role you will support the Intelligent Infrastructure Operations & Safety group by applying multi-disciplinary expertise across six technical areas to help deliver safe, sustainable infrastructure. You will work with clients, contractors and colleagues to analyse information, develop insights and contribute to high-quality consultancy outputs. The position offers exposure to landmark projects and a culture that values innovation, inclusion and professional growth. Responsibilities

• Support capabilities across six technical areas (operational safety, transport network operations, human centred design, strategy development, policy monitoring and evaluation, tunnel systems & operations)
• Analyse information from multiple sources and communicate findings effectively
• Engage with clients, consultants and contractors in transport, public sector or risk environments
• Contribute to high-quality consultancy-style project work and ongoing capability development
• Support monitoring, evaluation, and design efforts aligned with Treasury requirements when applicable
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safe, sustainable operating solutions

Key requirements

• Technical background with relevant qualifications in one of the listed technical areas
• Proven ability to analyse and interpret information from various sources
• Experience in client, consultant or contractor roles, preferably in transport, public sector or high-risk environments
