Senior Quantity Surveyor

Overview

In this role you will provide commercial support on refurbishment, fit-out, exterior works and security upgrades for defence and secure-estate projects. You’ll join a Milton Keynes team serving main contractors within a global group, contributing to cost control and contract financials. You will balance site visits with office-based cost management and reporting to support live schemes. This is an opportunity to develop toward chartered status within a stable international consultancy.

Key requirements

• Quantity Surveyor experience within a main contractor environment
• HNC or above in construction-related discipline
