Responsibilities

• Lead Cost Management commissions and ensure successful delivery
• Mentor graduates and apprentices
• Develop reciprocal client and project-team relationships
• Manage delivery of cost management outputs to timescales and quality standards
• Provide full Cost Management duties to clients

Key requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management with consulting experience
• Experience across Pre Contract Estimating, Procurement, Contract Administration, Cost Reporting and Final Account resolution
• Understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract
• Ability to advise on cost, value and risk for design teams and clients
• Strong IT skills and use of digital measurement, cost planning and tender tools
