Residential Conveyancer – Milton Keynes

Overview

In this Milton Keynes role you join a long-established firm to handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload. You will guide transactions from instruction through completion, covering freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, equity release and lifetime mortgages, remortgaging, buy-to-let, and transfers of ownership/equity. You bring solid conveyancing experience and client-care focus to a busy, expanding team in a friendly, supportive environment. This role offers meaningful exposure to a wide range of property matters within a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Manage equity release and lifetime mortgages work
• Oversee remortgaging and buy-to-let transactions
• Process transfers of ownership/transfers of equity
• Support the end-to-end conveyancing process from instruction to completion

Key requirements

• minimum 2 years’ residential conveyancing experience
