Responsibilities

• Lead a tribe to ensure timely, high-quality code delivery
• Design, implement and test solutions for the data platform
• Oversee architecture and decision-making across the SDLC
• Select and advocate appropriate tech stack within a polyglot environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for planning and whiteboard sessions
• Foster a collaborative, respectful, trust-based work culture
• Balance autonomy with project outcomes
• Drive quality and performance improvements in the platform

Key requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams or tribes
• Desirable experience with GraphQl or Neo4j
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript is favorable
• Comfort with the full SDLC and architectural responsibilities
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Knowledge of high-performance data platforms
