Overview
In this role you will own and streamline the fiduciary financial processes, including client invoicing and cash management, across Mercer Marsh Benefits. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and support strategic initiatives that align with business goals. You’ll present key metrics to enable informed management decisions and lead a team to deliver reliable fiduciary operations. Responsibilities
- Own and manage fiduciary financial processes (client invoicing, cash management) across activities to meet goals
- Drive efficiencies and implement changes across fiduciary processes
- Present financial metrics and trends to support management oversight
- Lead and coordinate initiatives with strong problem-solving and project management
- Develop and deliver training and supplemental materials
- Manage a team delivering fiduciary processes and liaise with functional teams
Key requirements
- Analytical, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills
- Experience in business process improvement, problem solving, and project management
- Solution-focused with strong data analysis and ability to present outcomes for decision making
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools, especially PowerPoint and advanced Excel
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding environment
