• Manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters (purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release)
• Provide high-quality client service and clear communication with clients and colleagues
• Efficiently manage files and work independently in a busy environment
• Collaborate with the team to handle a varied caseload and maintain standards
• Support the firm’s commitment to professionalism and client care

Key requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident handling of a full and varied caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across core residential property areas
• Clear and professional communication with clients and colleagues
