You will manage client and architect relationships with senior engineers nearby for guidance. Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from concept to construction with minimal hand‑holding
• Manage client and architect relationships for assigned schemes
• Work with senior engineers who provide oversight but remain accessible
• Take ownership of project delivery and technical decisions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to maintain progress and quality
• Contribute to the London property projects across residential, commercial and refurbishment domains

Key requirements

• Five to six years of UK structural engineering experience
• Confident across common structural materials
• Ability to own projects and deliver end‑to‑end outcomes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Autonomous and self‑driven
• Effective client liaison and relationship management
• Proactive problem solving and clear communication
• Knowledge of common materials (concrete, steel, timber)
• Experience delivering schemes from concept to construction
• Understanding of structural design practices in London property projects
