Responsibilities

• Design and deliver robust, high-integrity embedded software
• Provide leadership and collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams
• Drive automation across build, test, and deployment (DevOps mindset)
• Perform hands-on integration with target hardware in lab environments
• Demonstrate lifecycle mastery from requirements elicitation to release
• Champion best practices, modular design, and toolchain optimization

Key requirements

• Several years of embedded software experience in aerospace, defence, or other safety-critical domains with delivery track record
• High-Integrity Coding using C++ or Ada (RTCA-DO178C)
• Leadership & collaboration in cross-functional teams
• DevOps mindset for automation in build/test/deploy
• Hands-on integration with target hardware in lab environments
• Desirable RTOS experience (Linux or VxWorks)
• Lifecycle understanding from requirements to delivery and release
• Technical influence to drive best practices and design improvements
