Overview

In this role you will perform advanced financial analyses and modeling to support M&A, capital raising, and advisory engagements. You will lead due diligence, prepare proposals and presentations, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams. You’ll translate complex financial outcomes into actionable insights and help expand the firm’s client base across sectors. This position offers mentorship, deal exposure, and a path to senior leadership within a global, client-focused partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Perform extensive financial/valuation analyses for M&A and capital raising transactions
  • Build advanced financial models to value potential and actual clients and industries
  • Lead due diligence, research, analysis and documentation of transactions
  • Develop proposals and presentations for clients and prospects showcasing IB solutions
  • Mentor and train less experienced staff; provide feedback on analysts’ work
  • Engage in development of marketing materials and client meeting participation
  • Monitor industry drivers and provide insights on business trends
  • Identify process improvements and drive task efficiency
  • Ensure tasks comply with applicable rules and regulations
  • Foster client relationships and anticipate client needs with seamless solutions

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • MBA strongly preferred
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical abilities
  • Excellent mathematical, writing, verbal and computer skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to new tasks quickly
  • Effective leadership and coaching skills
