Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse EPL caseload, defending liability claims pre- and post-litigation
• Advise insurers on policy coverage issues, including D&O and EPL
• Represent insured professionals and businesses across matters
• Deliver timely client service aligned with SLAs and working practices
• Contribute to team development, training, induction, and process improvements
• Capture and reportManagement Information for clients
• Support business development and client initiatives

Key requirements

• 4-5 years PQE with experience managing EPL claims
• Strong grounding in employment litigation; insurance experience desirable
• Good understanding of employment law and tribunal procedures
• Solid knowledge of legal procedures and case management
• Ability to deliver commercial, pragmatic solutions
• Confidence interacting with clients and building trusted relationships
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems
