Responsibilities
- Build and manage a specialised recruitment business in Renewable Energy & Utilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships across sectors and regions
- Utilise training, marketing, and PR support to generate leads and growth
- Collaborate with the global Antal network for cross-border assignments
- Leverage recruitment software and technology provided by Antal
- Participate in international conferences and networking events
- Scale the business by expanding into multiple specialist markets
- Provide ongoing mentoring to the team and ensure sustainable operations
