C# Developer in Test

Overview

In this role, you will drive quality by building automated tests and advanced testing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure best user experiences. You will leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate test script creation and integrate robust CI/CD practices. You’ll mentor peers, perform deep root-cause analysis, and contribute to architecture discussions to improve software quality at scale. Responsibilities

• Automate test cases using common coding standards; minimize manual testing
• Create fast, reliable automated tests and investigate failures
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate test script generation
• Improve or create CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor other QEs on automation best practices
• Perform root-cause analysis by inspecting source code when needed
• Participate in software architecture discussions and contribute to user stories and acceptance criteria
• Share product knowledge across the engineering team through knowledge sessions

Key requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience with C#, including unit and integration tests and mocking frameworks
• 2+ years focused experience in API testing; automation framework development and maintenance
• Experience with Docker and building/optimizing CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with AI tools in development/testing lifecycle
• Strong understanding of testing concepts, web technologies, RESTful APIs
