Senior Trusts and Estates Tax Advisor to lead a Bristol-based team within a regional law firm. You will manage a high-net-worth client portfolio and shape the strategic direction of the Trusts and Estates Tax offering. The role combines leadership, technical tax expertise, and process improvement to drive growth and compliance across the firm. You will collaborate with senior leadership to expand the Trust Corporation offering and ensure exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Trusts and Estates Tax Executives
• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth trusts and estates
• Conduct KPI and SRA matter reviews
• Oversee team financials and operational performance
• Provide trust administration and tax compliance services
• Support technical advisory queries across the firm
• Drive internal process improvements and external initiatives
• Assist with FATCA, TRS, and CRS reporting
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic development
• Support growth of the firm’s Trust Corporation offering

Key requirements

• Extensive experience in trust taxation, administration, and management
• Familiarity with trust account preparation and compliance
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues
