In this Senior Site Manager role, you will lead refurbishment and fit-out projects for a Milton Keynes–based main contractor with a diverse portfolio across commercial, industrial, retail, and leisure sectors. Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site delivery of refurbishment and fit-out projects
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Manage project programming and cost control to meet targets
• Liaise with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
• Support project handover and close-out processes
• Travel and lodging as required to site locations

Key requirements

• Experience with reputable Main Contractor
• Proven track record on refurbishment/fit-out projects up to 3m
• Experience across sectors: commercial offices, industrial, retail, leisure
• Able to work in fast-paced environments
• First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS
• Commute to Milton Keynes daily; willing to travel and lodge when required
