Overview
As a member of Goldman Sachs’ Payments Product team, you will support the development and enhancement of payment capabilities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute the product roadmap and deliver scalable, client-focused solutions. You will conduct market analysis, assist with business cases, and help launch new features in a fast-paced environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to strategy, governance, and the evolving payments landscape.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the Payments Product roadmap and strategic initiatives
- Assist with product research, analysis and business case development
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop product documentation, presentations and internal communications
- Support governance, risk management and regulatory review activities related to product changes
- Participate in testing, implementation and product launch activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Transaction Banking to ensure a consistent client experience
Key requirements
- 1+ years of Treasury/Cash Management product management/development or engineering/operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic achievement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in payments, treasury management, banking or financial technology
