Senior Planning Manager – Energy & Utilities

Responsibilities

• Manage safe, high-quality and compliant project delivery with emphasis on HSE
• Drive performance through effective planning, scheduling and monitoring aligned to business goals
• Support strategic development, governance and informed decision-making across functions
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing with stakeholders to enable project excellence
• Oversee planning, scheduling and project controls using recognised methods and tools
• Provide clear analysis, recommendations and corrective actions to stakeholders and clients
• Develop and lead a high-performing planning team, influencing client decisions and outcomes

Key requirements

• Relevant experience in Project Controls/Planning and Scheduling/Programme Delivery on large complex projects
• Good knowledge of design and build techniques with ability to plan bottom-up construction programmes
• Experience with Primavera
• Membership or demonstrable professional development in APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent
