Overview
In this role you will lead the global Repair Operations program to standardize practices, improve repair quality, and scale capabilities across markets. You will manage a diverse team of project managers, drive cross-functional alignment, and embed repeatable operating systems. The role emphasizes data-driven transformation, training, and tooling to deliver measurable improvements. It offers the chance to shape repair operations at a world-scale and partner with multiple functions to enable safe, high-quality repairs.
Responsibilities
- Own the global Repair Operations program, including priorities, governance, and change management to boost performance across markets
- Lead and develop a global team of project managers with consistent standards and performance management
- Design and scale a common Repair Operations management system with standards, cadences, metrics, and continuous-improvement routines
- Drive operational change across a globally distributed network of warehouses and frontline teams
- Build alignment across markets by influencing leaders and securing resources for change
- Own training and certification strategy for Repair Operations, including curricula and readiness criteria
- Own the Repair Operations measurement framework and source-of-truth reporting with frontline visibility
- Own tooling and equipment strategy, pilots, maintenance, and adoption; partner with Product/Engineering to test and scale solutions
- Improve three performance dimensions: quality, efficiency, and compliance
Key requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in repair, warehouse, fleet, manufacturing, logistics, or program management
- Experience leading people in multinational environments and global programs
- Experience with Lean/Kaizen, ISO or similar quality-management systems
- Strong analytical and operational-planning skills with data, dashboards, and business cases
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or Data teams
- Experience designing training and certification programs for distributed frontline teams
- Experience with spare-parts management, inventory accuracy, and replenishment
