Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities across 40–60 unit residential schemes
• Drive delivery from inception through to completion for RC frame, timber frame and traditional builds
• Coordinate and motivate full site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure safety, quality, progress, and budget adherence on multiple schemes
• Maintain compliance with site standards and company procedures
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve issues and manage interfaces

Key requirements

• Proven track record delivering new build residential schemes
• Experience delivering RC frame, timber frame and traditional build projects
• Experience working for a reputable housebuilder
• Excellent all-round construction knowledge
• Strong man-management skills and ability to motivate teams
• First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS qualifications
