Senior / Associate Chartered Building Surveyor

Overview

In this role you will contribute to establishing a brand-new Building Surveying team in our Central London office. You will work on high-value projects for public and private sector clients, with the option to focus on project delivery, professional services, or a blend of both. The role offers a clear path to lead and develop junior surveyors as the team grows over the next five years. You will engage with a robust client pipeline and shape how work is delivered in a dynamic, hybrid setup. Responsibilities

• Deliver building surveying services on projects in London up to £100m, with potential to focus on project delivery or professional services
• Support and eventually manage junior surveyors as the team scales
• Engage with a mix of public and private sector clients and leverage a strong pipeline of existing work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine client needs and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Shape the growth and direction of the new Building Surveying practice within the London office

Key requirements

• Experience at Senior or Associate level in Building Surveying
• Ability to operate within a large, multi-service consultancy and adapt to a hybrid working model
• Track record of client liaison and delivering multi-disciplinary projects
