Real Estate Solicitor – Cardiff

Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial property matters including acquisitions/disposals, leasing, and landlord/tenant work
• Support development projects and property finance transactions
• Perform due diligence, title investigations and Land Registry matters
• Manage transactions from instruction to completion and provide transactional oversight
• Build and maintain client relationships within a cross-functional real estate practice

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years’ PQE
• Experience within a commercial real estate team
• Exposure to acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development and/or property finance matters
• Strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop within a successful real estate practice
