Product Designer

Overview

As a Product Designer in a high-growth fintech scale-up, you shape end-to-end experiences for customers across multi-disciplinary teams and international offices. You blend UX flows and visual design to deliver polished products, from concept through implementation. You’ll collaborate on internal and external projects, including marketing materials, and use research insights to drive experimentation and improvements. This role offers meaningful impact within a fast-moving, VC-backed environment and opportunities for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Brief projects and define workflows from concept to implementation
• Create high-fidelity visuals and ensure a smooth end-to-end process
• Contribute to internal and external projects including comms, event branding, and merchandising
• Collaborate with commercial teams and Visual Designers on marketing assets
• Conduct user research and apply findings to drive experimentation and improvements

Key requirements

• Product Design experience in fintech or SaaS
• A strong, diverse portfolio
• Experience in a high-growth startup/scale-up is a plus
• Comfort with working in an agile environment
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite and Keynote
