Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you will collaborate with Product Owners to refine and manage products within the client’s suite. You will facilitate workshops, gather and document requirements, and engage with multiple business functions to drive improvements. You’ll interrogate data with SQL and operate in a Windows server environment, translating technical concepts for diverse stakeholders. This is a hybrid role based in Bristol, offering growth within a renowned specialist recruitment partner and exposure to cross-functional product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owner to identify improvement opportunities
• Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Coordinate and lead activities across the product range with development, projects, and sales teams
• Liaise with essential project stakeholders

Key requirements

• Proven experience in requirements gathering and business analysis methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL for data interrogation and manipulation
• Strong IT knowledge and experience in a Windows server environment
• Effective communicator who can translate ideas for technical and non-technical audiences
