You will lead residential solar and battery installations, transitioning from hands-on electrical work to management. The role sits at a growing solar installation specialist, enabling you to guide projects from scheduling to completion and influence customer experience. You’ll receive formal leadership training and have opportunities to progress as the company scales. This fast-paced environment offers direct engagement with leadership and room to shape delivery across the South East.

Responsibilities
- Manage residential solar and battery installations from scheduling to completion
- Collaborate with customers, installation partners and internal teams
- Coordinate site travel across the South East and Oxford base
- Participate in leadership and management training
- Support smooth, high-quality project delivery in a fast-paced setting
Key requirements
- Qualified electrician
- Solar installation experience
- Willingness to step up off the tools into a management role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Commutable to Oxford and willing to travel across the South East
