Operating Model Consultant – Defence & Security / Public Sector / Health

Overview

In this role, you support clients in the Defence & Security, Health, and Public Sector spaces to design strategies, operating structures, and coherent solutions. You work with a diverse, cross-functional team to tackle complex, societally meaningful challenges, applying design thinking and analytical rigor. You will present insights to clients, including C‑suite audiences, and help shape digital and AI operating models. Responsibilities

• Shape strategies and organizational structures for clients
• Design and coherence of programmes and operating models
• Engage with clients and present insights from operational to executive levels
• Work in blended teams and collaborate with cross-functional experts
• Apply design thinking to complex client challenges
• Develop and transfer business design capabilities through learning pathways
• Contribute to growth and evolution of the team
• Work on digital/AI operating model initiatives

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience shaping business strategy and organizational design
• Understanding of customer/value perspectives and technology’s role in effectiveness
• Experience in digital operating models is beneficial
• Analytical, data-driven, and human-centered problem solving
• Experience delivering for defence, health, or public sector organizations
• Comfortable working with clients and multi-disciplinary teams
