(Senior) AI Factory Product Builder, London – BCG X

Overview

In this role, you will build AI-enabled products and assets that scale across BCG, accelerating delivery and improving quality. You will work closely with consultants and product leadership to turn workflows into reusable AI solutions and patterns. The focus is on shipping tangible assets that broaden adoption and impact across practices and regions. You’ll operate with a product mindset, bridging technology and business outcomes, and contribute to the AI Factory’s capability building.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-enabled products and assets
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and services
• Translate needs into scalable, production-ready solutions
• Ensure usability for non-technical teams and alignment with standards
• Break down workflows to identify automation opportunities
• Experiment with AI approaches to improve efficiency
• Partner with product, platform, and engineering teams on architecture and roadmap
• Document patterns and best practices
• Collaborate with front-line consultants and offering teams
• Contribute to capability building and knowledge sharing across the AI Factory and BCG

Key requirements

• Hands-on experience with Claude/Markdown-based development
• End-to-end project experience from problem definition to build and iteration
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• English fluency and comfort in global teams
• Curiosity, adaptability, and track record of delivering working solutions
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions that improve operational outcomes
• Experience shipping AI-enabled solutions
