Product Executive

Overview

In this role, you will support the growth of Schroders Capital’s PDCA by driving product-related initiatives for our infrastructure debt strategies and coordinating fundraising activities. You will bridge Investment and Sales, representing the infrastructure debt platform to clients, prospects, and consultants. You’ll craft content, conduct market research, and manage data-driven insights to inform decisions, while coordinating with legal, operations, and product teams to execute fund closings and client solutions. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes product strategy and investor communications in a fast-growing, sustainability-focused platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver fundraising-related tasks including market research on competitors, target investors, infrastructure sectors, and ESG trends
• Contribute to new product launches with product development, operations and legal teams
• Prepare marketing materials for fundraising: presentations, flyers, fact sheets, DDQs, newsletters, and maintain data rooms
• Support Sales in client servicing, account planning, and investor meetings
• Create, update and maintain product language and data for RFP databases; customize RFPs, DDQs, and RFIs
• Support due diligence, setup, and execution of new mandates and client solutions
• Prepare and report portfolio characteristics and other investment data for products
• Write monthly and quarterly market and performance commentaries
• Update consultant and client databases with product and portfolio information
• Provide ad hoc analysis for daily product and client queries
• Research and attend conferences to support fundraising activities

Key requirements

• Bachelor degree required; CFA or advanced degree a plus
• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking/capital markets, placement agent, investor relations, financial accounting, management consulting or investment advisory
• Knowledge of fixed income and private credit markets preferred
• Strong attention to detail and structured, independent work style
• Highly organized with strong project management ability
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; strong content creation and Excel skills; proficient in MS PowerPoint
• Strong networking skills and proactive collaboration across teams; autonomous work ethic
• Highest ethical standards, integrity and discipline; interest in Sustainability & Impact
• European language skills preferred
