Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

Overview

In this role you will lead the design and execution of advanced technical solutions for hyperscale and enterprise customers, enabling AI-ready data center infrastructure. You will bridge strategy with hands-on engineering to deliver secure, high-performance environments. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and cross-functional teams to shape scalable AI and data center capabilities. This position offers impact at scale, influencing how customers deploy next‑gen workloads and sustainable infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership for AI Factory deployments and data center designs
• Lead presales activities with hyperscale providers and enterprise customers
• Develop proposals with schematics and AI-ready features
• Engineer solutions optimizing power, cooling, and space for high-density AI clusters
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Sustainability teams on build schedules
• Drive innovation and cost optimization in AI hosting and energy efficiency
• Deliver technical presentations and architectural overviews to customers

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
• Strong background in data center design and critical infrastructure
• Knowledge of AI compute requirements, GPU clusters, and high-performance networking

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance detail with big-picture thinking
