Overview

As Front Line Manager, you lead a frontline team to deliver safe, high-quality, and reliable operations. You couple strong people leadership with a focus on safety, GMP and product quality, guiding day-to-day decisions to improve results across key metrics. You collaborate with the Operations Manager and cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement and build team capability. Responsibilities

• Role‑model PepsiCo values and set high standards through personal actions
• Champion safety practices and ensure adherence to safety systems
• Maintain GMP and housekeeping to ensure audit readiness
• Protect product quality and food safety through consistent checks
• Ensure processes and equipment standards are followed to drive high performance
• Lead, coach and develop the team for performance and long-term growth
• Manage attendance, performance, and conduct to build an accountable frontline
• Own area outputs and collaborate with stakeholders to improve key metrics
