Overview

In this role you will drive growth for TikTok Shop in the fashion sector by acquiring new clients, onboarding them to the platform, and shaping their strategy for success. You will work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, owning targets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience. Your persuasive storytelling will help clients see the value of joining and leveraging TikTok Shop to increase revenue. Responsibilities

• Find and outreach to potential clients through research and networking
• Craft persuasive pitches highlighting platform benefits
• Guide clients through onboarding and address concerns
• Assist clients with accurate account setup
• Define and refine brand success strategy on TikTok
• Drive client revenue growth over 3–6 months
• Meet monthly targets for new client acquisition, product addition, and sales growth
• Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and client experience
• Understand products, competition, and unique market positioning
