Overview

As Principal Consultant in Systems Insights and Solutions, you lead PLM-focused engagements that drive tangible product lifecycle outcomes. You work within a cross-functional team to deliver end-to-end PLM solutions with an emphasis on Digital Engineering, solving complex client problems in aerospace, defence, and discrete manufacturing. You shape transformation roadmaps, collaborate with clients and systems integrators, and ensure adoption through business model and process design. This role offers scope to influence major PLM transformations and work with top industry vendors in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead on projects delivering game-changing PLM solutions across the product lifecycle with emphasis on Digital Engineering
• Support transformation programme delivery for clients, shaping roadmaps and business cases
• Define business operating models and processes to enable PLM adoption
• Drive change activities and act as the liaison between clients and Systems Integrators

Key requirements

• 10+ years of PLM experience with major PLM vendors
• Hands-on expertise in core PLM processes (BOM management, config/change, variant/options, systems engineering, CAD/CAE integration, ALM, maintenance)
• Strong business acumen with ability to build investment cases and roadmaps for PLM
• Experience in executive-level discussions to align on PLM transformation vision
• Prior consulting experience and ability to manage client stakeholders and support sales as well as delivery
