Overview

In this role you drive a sustainable, profitable Beijing office by leading tenant representation and corporate real estate efforts. You’ll work with leadership and cross-functional teams to expand the client base, improve operations, and deliver high-quality agency services. You’ll align regional and global perspectives to promote our services while meeting financial targets. This is a strategic position that shapes office strategy, data-driven marketing, and client outcomes within a premier real estate firm.

Responsibilities

  • Expand and manage tenant representation and corporate real estate activities in Beijing to grow revenue and service offerings
  • Improve operating efficiency and client satisfaction through robust processes
  • Lead market and sector analysis, and develop client-specific pursuit and delivery strategies
  • Secure local and Pan-China agency and transaction mandates from domestic and international clients
  • Collaborate with GM OSS Beijing, department heads, and BD to promote agency and professional services
  • Develop processes ensuring quality, compliance, and streamlined transactions
  • Coordinate with China-based agency teams and regional/global offices for consistent best practices
  • Respond to regulatory and market changes to protect and enhance business
  • Oversee budgeting, revenue targets, and periodic performance reviews against the business plan
  • Manage and develop the OSS team and nurture relationships with internal business lines
  • Support regional BD activities including major RFPs and collaboration with Research/Marketing to improve data and materials
  • Undertake tasks as directed by the Board to fulfill role responsibilities

Key requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in real estate, business, or related discipline
  • At least 8 years’ experience in real estate
  • Estate Agent’s license preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong customer-service mindset; good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, results-oriented and able to work under pressure
