Trading Systems Software Engineer

In this role you will join a trading systems development team to build and optimize high-speed order routing. You will work closely with traders and technologists in a fast-paced, non-bureaucratic environment to shape trading infrastructure. Expect exposure to cutting-edge systems and data flows from Bloomberg, with a focus on delivering robust, low-latency software. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trading system components in C++
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle
• Work on high-speed order routing and trading infrastructure
• Collaborate with traders and technologists to solve performance challenges
• Gain deep knowledge of data flows from Bloomberg and trading floor workflows
• Demonstrate commitment and reliability in a fast-paced environment

Key requirements

• MSc or higher
• 5+ years of commercial development experience
• World-class C++ development skills
• Scripting experience (Python, Ruby, Lua)
• Solid Linux/Unix foundation
• Comfort with the full development lifecycle
