Cyber Security Manager

Overview

In this role you lead cyber security engagements for major organisations in energy, utilities and critical infrastructure, shaping security transformation programmes. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to provide strategic security guidance and strengthen resilience across complex environments. You drive risk reviews, governance workshops and security frameworks, with opportunities to influence account growth and thought leadership. Responsibilities

• Lead cyber security projects and transformation programmes from strategy to delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Conduct security assessments, risk reviews and governance workshops
• Advise on cyber strategy, risk management, security operations, OT security and identity security
• Support design and implementation of security frameworks, controls and governance models
• Identify opportunities for account growth and support business development
• Lead and mentor consultants across multiple project teams
• Contribute to thought leadership and industry-focused security initiatives

Key requirements

• Strong cyber security consulting, advisory or transformation delivery experience
• Experience with Energy, Utilities, Resources, Manufacturing or Critical National Infrastructure organisations
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, NIS or CAF
• Expertise in OT Security, Security Operations, IAM, Cyber Strategy or Risk Management
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex client engagements
• Experience supporting bids, proposals and account growth
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or similar are advantageous
