Technical Manager – Essex – Residential

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical and design team and coordinate with the senior technical manager/director
• Manage full working drawings packages and ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with the architectural team to keep packages on schedule
• Liaise with commercial and production teams throughout the development
• Coordinate across multiple sites and oversee junior to mid-level technical staff

Key requirements

• 10+ years of residential developer experience on multiple new build developments (5m+)
• Experience on traditional build or RC frame schemes
• Degree qualified or equivalent in construction or architectural background
• Experience managing a team of architectural technicians and coordinators
• Proven ability to liaise with commercial and production teams
• Experience working on multiple sites
